Petru Craciun graduated the Pharmacy Faculty in Bucharest. Following a short experience as practicing pharmacist and then as University Assistant he was attracted by the B2B services; he works for over 10 years in companies providing services dedicated to partners within the pharmaceutical market. He manages to combine the entrepreneurial experience with the preparations for launching new products and innovative projects for the local market. He is interested in understanding the local needs in marketing and sales and of the way the pharmaceutical companies operate, from the smaller ones to the ones with a redoubtable international experience. Agata Jakoncic Country Manager of Merck Sharp & Dohme Romania since October 2007. Agata originates from Slovenia and has an educational background in pharmacy. She joined MSD in 1997, after a couple of years of gaining selling experience in other pharma companies. After joining Merck Sharp & Dohme in 1997, she moved to the Merck & Co. headquarters, USA for a special marketing assignment. Returned to Slovenia, Agata has held various positions of increasing responsibility in the Slovenian sales and marketing organization as well the lead of a regional marketing team. Prior to her current assignment, she has been a Country Manager for Merck Sharp & Dohme Lithuania with a strong focus on sales and marketing effectiveness, which continues to be her priority for the Romanian operations.

After having different positions in sales and marketing, Strategic Planning, Business Development in different environments such as Latin America and Western Europe, he was appointed to his current position of Country Manager Pfizer Romania. Stanley was born in Brazil.

Stephen Stead graduated in Pharmacy from Nottingham University. He has had a successful and exciting career in technical and commercial management within the Pharmaceutical industry. His early carrier was spend in the emerging markets of the Middle East and and Africa for SmithKlline Beecham. Since the early 90's he has been active in Central and Eastern Europe, having lived and worked in Czech Republic, Russia, Romania and Poland working both for originator companies such as Glaxo and Roche, as well as the Generic industry with companies as Terapia, Polpharma and latterly with Labormed. He also has experience of the contract sales industry having been director of strategic development for Quintiles Innovex. When not working Stephen can be found reaching for the skies as he indulges his passion flying acrobatic aeroplanes.
